"Packaging was just okay"

"Heated seats still work, but the fit was a hassle"
The covers look decent and my heated seats do still warm up, although they seem a little slower than before. Installation was more annoying than I expected, I had to mess with the fit a couple of times before it sat right. It’s not a bad product, but I feel like companies always leave these little policy loopholes where anything that’s “universal fit” isn’t really guaranteed to fit easily, so you’re stuck just dealing with it. Overall, okay, but I wish it had been simpler.

"Pretty close to factory, but not quite perfect"
In my opinion, these seats look close to factory, and the color match was better than I expected. The install did take longer than I thought it would, and I noticed a few seams that don’t lay completely flat. Overall, I’d say they’re not bad, but for the price, I personally expected the fit to be a little cleaner.

"Foam flattened out way too quickly"
At first glance, the leather looked fine, so I thought it would be decent. But wow, the foam underneath felt cheap right away, like there was barely any padding there. After not even that long, the seat started getting flat spots and it just wasn’t comfortable anymore. For the price, I expected way better. Kind of annoying, honestly.

"Installer here, probably wouldn’t use them again"
I do installs for a living, the fit was off enough to be frustrating. When I reached out to support, I expected a simple fix or at least some clear guidance, but it turned into one of those “why is this so complicated?” situations. They weren’t much help, and I ended up having to figure most of it out myself. Probably wouldn’t go with them again

"Airbag fitment details weren't clear enough"
I ordered seat covers from Richmond Auto Upholstery, the leather looked fine, totally fine. The part that made me hesitate was the airbag fitment info. My seats have side airbags, and the instructions just didn’t explain clearly enough whether the covers would let them deploy properly if needed.
I emailed them and got a reply, but it was basic and didn’t really make me feel any better. In the end, I took the covers off because I didn’t want to risk it, not with airbags, not with safety stuff. They might be okay for other cars, but for mine it just felt too uncertain

"I was disappointed with how limited the..."
I was disappointed with how limited the choices were. I really wanted more colors and stitching options to make the seats feel custom, but there just wasn’t much to pick from. It kind of took the excitement out of it for me.

"Updates came through, just not always quickly"
I ordered from Richmond Auto Upholstery, and the biggest thing I was paying attention to was the communication. They did send updates along the way, so I never felt completely in the dark, which was definitely appreciated.
That said, a few replies took longer than I expected. There were a couple times where I ended up checking in myself just to see where things stood, which was a little frustrating but not a huge deal.

Overall, it was okay. Not a bad experience, just not the smoothest either. If the updates had been a bit quicker and more clear, I probably would’ve rated them higher.

"Maybe it’s just me, but the reply felt a bit slow"
They did get back to me, which I appreciate, but maybe it’s just me, I was expecting the reply a little sooner. Overall, not a huge issue, just felt a bit slower than I hoped...

"Returning it was such a hassle"
I didn’t expect the return to be this annoying. The item itself was one thing, but the return process dragged on way more than it should have. I had to keep checking little details like the label, the packaging instructions, and whether the barcode was even placed the right way, and it still felt unclear. Just a frustrating experience overall.

"Not great on my phone"
I usually just tap what looks obvious and expect the site to guide me, but this one made that hard. I got confused quickly, and then it kept freezing, which made the whole thing frustrating to use on my phone

"Am I the only one whose seat covers cracked this fast?"
Am I the only one who had issues with these leather seat covers from Richmond Auto Upholstery? I bought a set thinking they’d hold up for a while, but after just a few months they started cracking and peeling. I don’t even drive that much, so it’s not like they were getting heavy use every day. The material feels thinner and cheaper than I expected for the price. Disappointing overall, and I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Stitching gave out way too soon"
I assumed the stitching would hold up like most similar items I’ve bought, but after just a few weeks it started coming apart. Maybe I got a bad one, but it definitely didn’t last as long as I expected

"Not much comfier, honestly"
I picked these up thinking they’d make my old seats a little nicer for longer drives, and at first I was kind of hopeful. They looked decent enough and I didn’t have a terrible time putting them on, so I was ready to be impressed.
But yeah, after driving with them for about a week, I really don’t notice any real comfort upgrade. If anything, the seat feels a little firmer now, which is frustrating because my back still hurts the same as before. For the price, I expected more, though I guess they’re not completely awful. I just wouldn’t buy them again.

I was disappointed with these. The listing made it sound like they’d fit my seats no problem, but that was a vague promise in the end. The fitment was way off, and I spent way too much time trying to make them work before giving up

"Tracking Updates Were Basically Useless"
I kept getting vague promises that my order was on the way, but the tracking info never really updated for me. It was frustrating because I had no idea where the package actually was or when to expect it.

"Wish I’d shopped around a bit more"
The seats looked alright and there wasn’t anything seriously wrong with them, but I kind of regret paying what I did. For the price, I expected a little more, and I feel like I probably could’ve found a better deal if I had kept looking.

"Perforations were decent, but not totally perfect"
Overall, I’d say the perforation was just okay. It wasn’t bad enough to be a real issue or anything, but when I looked a little closer, some of the holes seemed a bit uneven compared to others. That said, the seat covers still fit fine once I put them on, so it didn’t really affect how they worked in the end. Shipping was normal too, nothing especially fast or slow, just about what I expected...

I regret this purchase. When I tried to get help through the warranty, it felt like a total waste of time. I kept expecting someone to actually assist me, but I never got any real help. Disappointing overall.

I ordered these for my car, but for some reason the stitch lines and cutouts were way different from the original seats. I was expecting them to line up better, but they just didn’t match at all
